Service Description

Sign up ahead is required in order to receive a zoom link invitation. Once you sign up for a class make sure you are set up with a meeting website/app Zoom. You can download the app on your smartphone or use the website on your computer. Be sure to sign up for your class at least 1 hour before the start of the class. Classes Offering Virtual classes: Power Vinyasa (Liza), Hatha with Meditation (Liza), Chair Yoga (Agata)
