Kundalini Yoga

An uplifting blend of spiritual and physical practices, Kundalini Yoga incorporates movement, dynamic breathing techniques, meditation, and the chanting of mantras, such as Sat Nam, meaning “truth is my identity.” The goal is to build physical vitality and increase consciousness.


The purpose is to promote spiritual enlightenment. There are several science-backed benefits of Kundalini yoga. According to research, it may help ease stress and anxiety, improve cognitive functioning, and boost self-perception and self-appreciation.



Gentle/Beginner Yoga

A restful, calming class incorporating yogic breathing, meditative awareness, gentle movements leading into passive-releasing and supported poses. These classes are appropriate for anyone who requires or prefers a softer, gentler approach to yoga.


Yin Yoga

Yin yoga is slower practice where poses are passively held for longer, working on the deep, dense connective tissues and joins in the body. Consistent Yin Yoga practice help to regain mobility and ease pain in the body.

It is great for beginners and advance students and all ages.

Yin Yoga calms and balances the mind and body, reduce stress and anxiety, increases circulation, improves flexibility, releases fascia and improves joins mobility, balances the internal organs and improves the flow of chi or prana.



Chair Yoga 

Chair Yoga brings the best of a yoga practice to those who require or prefer the support of a chair. Students will explore versions of twists, hip stretches, forward bends and mild backbends. The class helps participants stay healthy, vibrant and confident by focusing on developing small and large muscle groups, stretching, balancing [beside or behind the chair] and strength building. Chair yoga classes help maintain mobility, improve flexibility, cultivate mindfulness and increase body awareness.

Hatha Flow

All Levels Flow class is designed to transition students towards more dynamic classes, focusing on fundamental yoga conditioning for coordination, strength, and flexibility. This class offers variety of postures, that are available for all using modifications. 

Vinyasa Flow Yoga

In Vinyasa flow yoga you will experience the three realms of yoga: physical, energetic, and spiritual. Vinyasa Yoga has sequences linking yoga postures(asanas) with breath. The class has some challenging poses, deep relaxation, music, dharma, pranayama, and meditation. It is creative, energizing class suitable for all levels.

Community Yoga/Donation Class

Community class is designed to be slower paced with special attention paid to alignment as well as linking movement with breath.

Postures will be broken down so they are accessible to all.

Class is beneficial to the beginner as well intermediate, this class is perfect for those who are expected to delve more deeply into asana and breathwork and explore the benefit of a yoga practice.

Meditation and Pranayama

Meditation and breath Class.

Pranayama is the relationship to our breath and teaches us to control the movement of our mind. Prana, the universal life force. The more we become aware of our breath, the more we are able to calm the mind, access and experience the bliss of our hearts through meditation.

Meditation involves the mind in calm and concentrated state in which our mental energies can be renewed and transformed.

Meditation and Pranayama increase your lungs capacity, help to control your anxiety, blood pressure, depression and help with mood elevation.

Teen Yoga

Practicing yoga during these years introduces young adults to healthy lifestyle habits that will encourage healthy choices in life. Like all who practice yoga, teens benefit both physically and mentally. Yoga reduces stress and anxiety as teens learn to calm the body and calm the mind using breath and postural practice as their guide. Yoga helps increase flexibility, improve muscle tone and build strength in the body. Many teens feel the benefits of yoga from a strengthened core, improved posture, better coordination and balance. As teens develop their practice, their understanding of mind body connection grows and they feel a stronger sense of self.

Kids Yoga

A fun, exhilarating opportunity for kids to experience a playful approach to yoga. Yoga improves coordination, balance and movement integration for all stages of a child’s development. Children experience a safe environment where they are able to explore yoga postures, movement and breath in a supported non-judgmental atmosphere. Children are encouraged to learn more about who they are and their relationship to the world around them.
