It target the connective tissues,such as ligaments, tendons, and fascia,with the goal of increasing flexibility and promoting relaxation. yin yoga also encourages mindfulness and introspection, making it not only physical practice but also a meditative one. Yin yoga is for improving joint mobility and reducing stress.
