Agata Stelmark
Agata Stelmark, E-RYT 500 and YACEP, is an accredited yoga instructor recognized by Yoga Alliance. She has been the proud owner of Agahatha Yoga Studio since November 2020. Agata is certified in a diverse range of yoga styles, including Vinyasa, Hatha, Yin, Prenatal/Postnatal, and Restorative yoga. Additionally, she is a Reiki Master Level II practitioner.
As a health professional, Agata is a CPR instructor affiliated with the American Heart Association and holds CCRN certification. She has extensive experience working with orthopedic patients and has also worked in pain management and with cardiovascular patients. Agata's expertise is further highlighted by her published article in the Allied Health Journal, titled "Integrating Pranayama in Allied Health Education for Student Well-Being." Her dedication to helping others extends globally, as she has volunteered in Tanzania and Zanzibar, Africa, aiding communities through RAD-Aid International.
Agata offers a wide variety of classes, from dynamic Vinyasa to calming Yin yoga, catering to all age groups including children, teenagers, adults, and seniors. She firmly believes that yoga should be accessible to everyone to support their physical, mental, and spiritual well-being. For children, her classes focus on teaching mindfulness; for teenagers, she emphasizes sports injury prevention, creative thinking, and managing depression and anxiety.

Tori is a passionate yoga teacher that loves helping her students find peace and feel good. She has enjoyed teaching yoga since September 2017. She has completed 500 hours of studying yoga, meditation and chakra work with Raji Thron of Yoga Synthesis. Chakra work, sound healing, breath work, pressure points, energy meridians and intelligently sequencing poses are some of the things she enjoys incorporates into her classes. Before teaching yoga she has taught other sports including her childhood favorite, gymnastics. Being a competitive gymnast during her childhood has taught her correct alignment and body awareness from a very young age. Outside of class she enjoys hiking, gardening, and watercolor painting.

Yoga has always been a part of Patrice’s life. Her passion for yoga began in her living room with her mother, sisters and brothers when she was a small child. Throughout her life, yoga has always been there to compliment physical activities and to calm the body and mind.
Patrice completed her 200-hour teacher training in Structural Yoga at the Stone Center for Yoga Health under the guidance of Charlotte Stone in 2013. She is further certified to instruct Chair Yoga, Restorative Yoga, Yoga for Cancer and has taught Yoga for Bone Strength for people with Osteoporosis and Osteopenia at Stone Yoga.
Teaching and sharing the gift of yoga is a something she loves to do. She loves teaching yoga because she wants to help relieve others of stress, as well as help others build strength, flexibility and confidence.
Patrice has taught multiple Gentle Yoga and Reiki workshops as well as many Yoga Nidra workshops. Corporate Yoga and Chair Yoga classes.
Ileana Abrams, RYT, is a certified Stone Yoga teacher. She began her yoga journey as a form of exercise that helped to alleviate aches and pains in her body. She soon realized all the added benefits of this physical expression; she found a place on her mat that provided her a calm and balanced mind. In her years of training she has attempted to bring that mindset to every part of her life including the corporate environment she works in. Ileana enjoys working with props to both help make poses more accessible to her students and to deepen one’s practice. Classes focus on alignment combined with a method of finding inner peace no matter where you are, on or off the mat. Ileana’s journey has deepened her sense of mindfulness in everything she does and has provided a forum for self-discovery which is her message to all of her students.

Lillie Kae Lonski E-RYT completed her first teacher training program at OM yoga studio under the direction of world-renowned teacher Cyndi Lee and mentorship from Jason Ray Brown. She additionally studied under the tutelage of Sheryl & Neil Edsall of Naturally Yoga, later assisting them in numerous teacher training programs. Lillie Kae has deep gratitude for all teachers who have enriched her yogic and life journey.
As a former dancer, the style of Vinyasa yoga resonated most with her. She is passionate about anatomy, Yogic philosophy, Sanskrit, and meditation. Lillie Kae enjoys showing her love of yoga through Refine & Align workshops, teaching absolute beginners, and immersion workshops for teachers. Her classes emphasize alignment, technique, breathwork, and a sprinkle of humor.

500 Registered Yoga Teacher Vinyasa/ Yin- Restore/Sound Healing/Reiki /Tarot and Oracle Readings. Melinda began her yoga journey in 2012 when she attended her first class at the Orange County YMCA in Monroe, New York. As an avid runner at the time, Melinda thought yoga was all about stretching and decided to take a class to complement her training. What she was not expecting was the sense of freedom she experienced while flowing on her mat. She realized she opened the door to something very special and was guided to the class for a reason. There was an immediate connection to the practice as she felt her anxiety and depression melt away with every deep and transformative breath. Yoga became a safe space for her to break open, let go, and clear a pathway for healing to discover her inner light. As she continued on this pathway, Melinda knew she wanted to share this magical practice of healing and self-discovery with others.
Melinda completed her 200 RYT certification at Sol Full Yoga in May 2018 and 300 RYT at Flow Yoga NJ. She is also cerifited Sound Healer through Sanctuary Den. Always a student, Melinda continues to seek opportunities to learn and evolve as a teacher. Her classes are designed with the intention to root you in the present moment by linking breath and movement. Expect a strong and creative sequence for all levels with lots of opportunities to grow and deepen the connection to your true self. Kellie Weiss Is a Mother of 5 children ranging from 24-15 years old . Kellie studied Exercise physiology and Physical education . She teaches yoga mindfulness and meditation to special needs children at South Bergen Jointure . She has been practicing yoga for about 10 years and received her yoga certification at Juluka yoga of Hillsdale . Kellie enjoys spending time on the beach ,taking long walks , cooking and spending time with friends and family .

Sandy is a 200-hour RYT Yoga Alliance certified yoga instructor. She earned her certification with Mandy Grant and Soo Yoon at Juluka Yoga School.
Sandy has also obtained her PhD in Psychology from Fordham University and enjoys weaving both studies into her practice. She enjoys guiding her students to find harmony, mental clarity and stability through asanas, meditation and spiritual wellness. Sandy enjoys traveling with her husband and two sons. She also loves to spend time with her dog, Benny and the beach is her very favorite place. You can expect to feel replenished and at peace when you share your practice with Sandy
Michele enthusiastically brings a spirit of welcoming to her classes and events. She offers Vinyasa Flow, Yin Yoga, Children’s Yoga and Sound Healing. The practice of yoga has been part of her life since she was a teen, and she has been teaching since 2011. She shares her life journey with her husband and two Siberian Huskies

Ronnie started practicing yoga in 2017 when she was looking for a new fitness routine but ended up finding a form of movement and expression that far outweighed the physical benefits of the practice. She was later introduced to Vinyasa and Aerial yoga and has enjoyed exploring this new form of movement and suspension that has helped her to feel a new lightness in the physical practice. As an instructor, she enjoys crafting unique sequences that help to engage her students both mentally and physically. She invites her students deepen their practices with clear, concise cuing through mindful transitions and compelling sequences. She builds classes that are alignment-based with special focus on stretching, flexibility, and conditioning.

Emily studied yoga while living at an Indian ashram, receiving her RYS 200 yoga teacher certification. She is trained in sampoorna yoga which is a combination of hatha, jnana, bhakti, karma, raja, and nada yoga. This ancient style has been passed down by her guru from generations of masters. Practicing with Emily will refine and purify all aspects of the human personality, improving overall strength, flexibility, posture, sleep, immune system strength, while calming the nervous system. Emily’s youthful take welcomes you into a community of like minded individuals to help naturally improve mental health and confidence. Yoga is for everybody and with practice she’ll have you in a headstand in no time.

Ewelina has been practicing yoga for many years but it was during her last pregnancy that she discovered her passion to share the wonderful benefits of yoga with others. Yoga helped calm her mind and relieve common pregnancy complaints, connect with the baby, and prepare for labor and birth. After completing the 200 hour Yoga Teacher Training at Soul Practice Yoga, she quickly followed up with her prenatal certification. In addition to her yoga instructor role, Ewelina serves expecting parents as a Doula and Lamaze Childbirth Educator. She is passionate about maternal and infant health and believes that yoga is one of the ways to discover physical and mental strength during and after pregnancy and to find the village every mom needs. When she is not working with expecting parents, she stays busy with her two children, bakes bread, and goes for hikes.
Ewelina Hauck
Kathryn E. Livingston has been practicing yoga for 18 years. A breast cancer survivor, Kathy found Kundalini Yoga to be a wellspring of courage, trust and joy. She completed her Level 1 Kundalini Yoga Teacher Training with Gurudass Kaur Khalsa in 2014; in 2021 she completed an additional Kundalini Warrior 200-hour online certification through Yoga Farm Ithaca, a feminine-inspired, trauma-informed training, and an online 200-hour Kaivalya Yoga Method Academy certification. Kathy is also the author of the memoir Yin, Yang, Yogini: A Woman’s Quest for Balance, Strength and Inner Peace (Open Road Media). She teaches regularly on Zoom at Montclair Kundalini Yoga.
Her spiritual name, Harjot, means “light of the creative Divine." Kathy strongly believes that Kundalini yoga is for everybody and every body.
Kathryn Livingston
Beata has dedicated her life to helping others since her early twenties, starting as a teacher and later as a Physical Therapy Assistant. Living in NYC, she discovered yoga's profound health benefits and completed Chair Yoga training with Lakshmi Voelker, which she integrated into her work with traumatic brain injury patients.
Beata's thirst for knowledge and growth led her to New Jersey, where she continued to expand her skills. She became a Reiki II practitioner and trained with Raji Thron from Yoga Synthesis to teach Vinyasa yoga. Her journey of learning didn't stop there. She also holds an Energy Medicine Yoga instructor certification from Rose Fitzgerald at Yoga Synthesis.
Now, Beata teaches group and individual yoga classes in English and Polish, blending physical, mental, and spiritual rejuvenation. Her diverse training makes yoga accessible and beneficial to all her students
Beata Piszczek
Laurie has always been attracted to movement and music. She started dancing when she was four years old and continued to perform as a dancer, singer and actress throughout high school and college. Laurie discovered yoga for the first time when she was in college - taking the occasional class here and there - and then started practicing regularly in 2010 after her children were born. Yoga really resonated with Laurie; she spent the next few years discovering her practice and eventually earned her RYT-200 certification through Yoga Alliance and Mandy Grant of Juluka Yoga in 2015. In addition, Laurie became a Certified Anti-Gravity Instructor (CAGI) in 2016 while studying under Christopher Harrison (the Creator of Anti-Gravity and the aerial yoga genre) and Eileen Kielty. She received her Yin Yoga certification in 2016 through Sacred Sounds Yoga in NYC under the direction of Masako Miyakawa. She earned her Chair Yoga certification through Juluka Yoga and received her BollyX instructor certification in 2017. Laurie also completed Kula for Karma's advanced yoga teacher training (Yoga for Eating Disorders and Negative Body Image) in 2019. Laurie currently teaches Yoga, Anti-Gravity and Creative Movement to adults and children at several studios and schools in Bergen and Rockland County. As an E-RYT-200, Laurie is a recognized YACEP (Yoga Alliance Continuing Education Provider). In her spare time, Laurie is an avid crafter. She is the Founder and Creative Director of Vyoma Essentials, a Bergen County-based business that features hand-crafted products for the body, soul and home.

I started practicing yoga over 10 years ago. What began as a fun way to exercise quickly became a lifestyle. I soon realized the amazing benefits of yoga on the mind and body. After years of dedicated practice, I took the next step and enrolled in Abundant Path 200-Hour Teacher Training. It was a rewarding journey of self-discovery and growth! I now have a deeper understanding of asanas and alignment, philosophy, history, and anatomy. My goal is to facilitate classes that unite the mind and body with variations in poses for all to join, leaving you feeling more energized and refreshed. In my free time, I enjoy being in nature and traveling with family and friends.

Carolyn Meda is a 500-Hr Experienced Certified Yoga Teacher (E-CYT) and has been teaching yoga since 2013. She holds both 200-hr and 300-hr Yoga Instructor Certifications and additional certifications in Restorative, Prenatal, Kids Yoga, and Breathwork. She is certified as a Reiki Master, as well as in Yoga Nidra Meditation, Sound Healing: Singing Bowls, Tuning Forks, etc., MBSR (Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction) Meditation, Access Bars, and Continuing Education in Arm Balances & Inversions, Corework, and more.
Carolyn strives to keep the practices she teaches engaging with interesting flows, and challenges her students by breaking down arm balances and inversions as she herself loves to be upside down. She loves sharing all her practices, as well as combining modalities for truly special experiences. Whether moving or finding stillness on the mat, finding a deep sense of inner peace is always her goal.

I'm Sammy Weiss. I am a college student at Fairfield University, studying finance and accounting. Alongside my studies, I prioritize my health and wellness through exercise, healthy eating, and mindfulness. Pilates has helped me de-stress and align my mind with my body. I have developed a passion for teaching Pilates and for gaining new skills in this mind-body connection.
Class Description: In this 60 minute Pilates Mat Class, we will align our breath with the movement to create maximum result for the muscles being used. This class will be core focused but will incorporate a full body exercise. In each class, the spine will experience flexion, extension, lateral and rotation. Each class starts with finding neutral alignment and contracting the inner most core muscle to stabilize the spine and allow for posterior lateral breathing. Modifications and variations are incorporated to ensure this class will be available to all levels.
Samantha "Sammy" Weiss
Linda was first introduced to Kundalini Yoga in 2016 and in 2020, she completed her KRI Level One (220-hour) Kundalini Yoga Teacher Training. As a Clinical Registered Dietitian-Nutritionist, she has many years of experience working in hospitals, research and corporate wellness before opening her private practice in 2003. She recognized that being well nourished is about more than just the food we choose to eat for our body. It’s about how we nourish ourselves in other ways as well, including what we feed our mind and spirit. She understands how the food we eat communicates with our unique individual biochemical make-up and has a direct influence on whether we end up with disease in our body or not. As a Specialist in Functional Nutrition, Linda brings together her unique understanding of nutrition and her passion for yoga to provide a meaningful and effective experience for her students.
